A COMMUNITY OF LEADERSHIP
WELCOME TO THE MIDDLE GROUND
Leadership can ask you to hold a lot. You don’t have to make sense of it all on your own.
Bring a question, recognise a familiar challenge or find another perspective. You don’t need to arrive with an answer.
The Middle Ground is built for the everyday realities of middle management: when something needs your attention, you’re carrying a question or you want another way to think about what’s happening.
Explore leadership challenges, the issues within them and perspectives from people who have navigated similar situations. Read, reflect, try a practical tool in your own time, or join a Peer Circle to think it through with others.
The collection will grow through new questions, experiences and contributions. You don’t need to arrive with an answer. Start with what you’re navigating.
FIND YOUR WAY
You don’t have to follow a set path through The Middle Ground. Start with a leadership challenge you recognise, explore an issue that feels familiar, then spend time with perspectives, questions and tools that might help.
Some perspectives will reflect your experience. Others may offer a different way of seeing. Take what is useful, question what you find and return as the collection grows.
If you’d like to think it through with others, explore our Peer Circles.
If there’s a question or experience missing from the collection, we welcome your contribution. You don’t need to have an answer to be part of the conversation.

PEER CIRCLES
Peer Circles are small, facilitated online conversations where you can bring a real leadership question, hear different perspectives and think alongside others. You don’t need a polished story or a ready answer, just a willingness to explore together.
REMAINDER OF 2026
Ask about supporting a place in the founding group for the rest of 2026. Members help shape the experience through their participation and feedback.
Contact Dianna to discuss upcoming sessions, availability, the joining fee and invoicing arrangements before deciding.
LOOKING AHEAD
We’re shaping what Peer Circles will look like in 2027. Let us know you’re interested and we’ll share more as plans take shape.
